Terms and Conditions of Participation Exhibition Application Form

Please fill in (with capital letters) and sign the Exhibition Application Form and return it directly to the Organisers to Tamás Krasznai: office@congressline.hu.

Note for EU Residents

According to the European Union tax regulation the Organiser will issue the invoice without Value Added Tax and indicate ’’Reverse VAT in EU” on the issued invoice what should be paid by the Exhibitor under its local VAT rules.

Export Regulations

Below, please find the most essential information on the requirements of an export license that vendors and customers should be aware of.

We suggest that exhibitors coming from other countries than Hungary prepare a list of the documents they bring with them to the Fair, so that in case of a border screening procedure, they can prove that these were not purchased in Hungary and are not taken over the border illegally.

Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Organisers upon receipt of application and payment. If the confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact Organisers via email at office@congressline.hu. Payments sent after 10 September, 2018 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Cancellation Policy of Application

All cancellations and changes must be sent to the Organisers (CongressLine Ltd.) in written form. All refunds will be processed after the Book Fair. Please send your exact bank account details in a written cancellation.

Refund of the application fee will be applied as follows

  • 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 100 Euro) – in case of cancellation received
    before 29th June, 2018
  • No refund – in case of cancellation received after 29th June, 2018


All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. Registration and payments sent after 10 September, 2018 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard, American Express
Card number with expiry date, card holder’s name, billing address of the cardholder, CVC code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is - only VISA and EC/MC) and signature of the cardholder are needed.
